Its central location was convenient to Museum of Edinburgh. In fact, it was short walk to restaurants as well as shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep and less than 10 minutes from the station and Princes Street...

We stayed at a great location very close to both old town and newer areas. the Royal Mile Modern Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a smart TV. the bedrooms were a good size and having two bathrooms, including a bath, was a bonus. There were plenty of food places around and the apartment was only a short walk from the train station. the kitchen was lovely and had all the facilities we needed. We felt right at home. Cons: No issues. 🚫.

Our recent stay at the Royal Mile Modern was fantastic. The location was perfect, right on the Royal Mile and close to everything we wanted to see in the Old Town. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the beautiful view out the back.

Great location in the heart of the historic district. Easy access from train station and airport. Nearby restaurants and shops. Mobile shop for SIM cards and groceries in proximity. Convenient Amazon pick-up point. Hairy Coo tour meeting point nearby. Walking distance to Arthur's Seat and Carlton Hill. Rare 2 bathrooms, king-size and twin beds in rooms. Prompt assistance from owner/host with heating queries.
Felt relaxed, excellent service, nothing too much trouble.
